This site is designed for members of Westwoodhill Praise Team as a resource to view future plans and view what the programme will be for coming events and also to encourage each member as we strive to lead our Church in meaningful worship. Our team is made up of musicians and technical people including sound, PC and recording experts and we are all there to help each other as we aim to serve God using the gifts he has given us.

Our aim within our Church is to serve God and serve each other and also to pray regularly for each team member as they perform their tasks as God has asked them. Please take time to view our site and may God Bless you as you serve him in your local Church and community.

Don't Just Do Something

When I started work (many years ago), my boss had a favourite saying 'Don't just stand there,do something!' We are a doing people. We always want to be doing something. In contrast I think God is crying out to us 'Don't just do something, Stand there! Enter a love relationship with me. Get to know me. Adjust your life to Me. Let Me love you and reveal Myself through you to your husband/wife, family, friends-the world'. There will come a time for doing but we cannot skip the relationship. The relationship with GOD must come first.
Jesus said 'I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.' (John15:5). Do you believe Him? Without Him you and I can do nothing. He means that. God wants you and me to come to a greater knowledge of Him by experience. He wants to develop a growing, deepening love relationship with us. He wants to involve you and me in his purposes. He wants to accomplish His will through you and me.

Thats our doing for 2010.
