Luke 24:5,6The women were terrified and bowed low before them. Then the men asked “why are you looking in the tomb for someone who is alive? He isn’t here! He has risen from the dead!”
This site is designed for members of Westwoodhill Praise Team as a resource to view future plans and view what the programme will be for coming events and also to encourage each member as we strive to lead our Church in meaningful worship. Our team is made up of musicians and technical people including sound, PC and recording experts and we are all there to help each other as we aim to serve God using the gifts he has given us.
Our aim within our Church is to serve God and serve each other and also to pray regularly for each team member as they perform their tasks as God has asked them. Please take time to view our site and may God Bless you as you serve him in your local Church and community.

**** PRACTICE DATES ****All remaining practices for 2008 are for those involved in the Carol Service.
I’ve been thinking a lot recently about relationships. Towards the end of last month, Elaine and I celebrated our two year wedding anniversary and I also had the privilege of being involved in talking with 4th year at Duncanrig about community and how we can improve relationships with the variety of people we come into contact with. We see in instances throughout the bible how great God is and over the last couple of days I have been looking at exactly that in the events leading up to and the events after Jesus' death. Jesus went through the horror of crucifixion with me in mind. He took a whipping, He was punched, kicked and nailed, all of which, I deserved. And He did this to pave the way for a relationship with us – what love…
Turn your attention now to the highlighted verses. This is the miracle of all miracles! Jesus has defeated death – what power! Can we really have a relationship with the One who has the power to defeat death? Here are a couple of lines from a song for your thoughts:
'The same power that conquered the grave lives in me, lives in me Your love that rescued the earth lives in me, lives in me'
Jesus wants a relationship with us. Let us interact more with Christ and that way we can apply the things we learn from Him to our relationships with those whom we come into contact daily. Through His power we can show the undeserved love of Christ.
